All prices showed in this webpage are excluding VAT (Moms); 25% will be applied in all products except books (6%). Prices may vary due to currency fluctuations, sales seasons or if VAT terms in Sweden change.
SHIPPING & DELIVERIES:
We work with different companies such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc and always look for the best option to send our goods; make sure that your address, telephone and rest of details are the correct ones when creating a new account with us. If you change your location or phone number it's your responsability to update your info prior to the shipping.
Check out in descriptions of every product if there are any specific terms concerning the shipment (like “estimated time for delivery”); otherwise, goods in stock will be shipped 1-2 days after you order has been confirmed and payed. You will get a tracking number to follow the status of your order.
In case of delays caused by third parties; such as delivering companies or our providers not been able to hold their time we disclaim liability to the customer for the loss which the delay caused.
VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and Maestro cards are accepted.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS / RETURN:
We encourage you to inspect your package on arrival. If the packaging and/or content are damaged, inform directly to the carrier and ask for a confirmation of the damaged goods.
Any returned product must be unused and in the original package. Any explanations regarding the reason for the return must be made inmediately and no later than 7 days after receiving your order.

You can use the mentioned phone number and E-mail if you wish to complain about any possible defects on any of our products within 7 days since you receive your order.
In the event of war, natural disaster, strikes, government decisions and similar events beyond our control which could not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the contractual agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we can not keep that agreement / pledge, shall be the basis that we released from our obligations to fulfill that contract.
